Grievances Redressal

The adoption of these measures enables our institution to maintain a harmonious work environment, reinforcing integrity and fairness in the swift and professional resolution of disputes.

The Grievance Redressal Cell of the institute is entrusted with addressing student grievances pertaining to both academic and non-academic matters. An online grievance submission form is available for students, staff, and faculty to report genuine concerns: Grievance Redressal Form.

Escalation Procedure:

Grievances are initially addressed by mentors, class coordinators, and department heads. If unresolved, they are escalated to the Grievance Redressal Cell. The Cell also encourages students to share suggestions for continuous improvement and strives to provide a supportive system while ensuring timely and proactive resolution.

Students may directly approach committee members, Heads of Departments, or raise issues during class committee meetings. Reports from these meetings are thoroughly investigated, and appropriate institutional action is taken. Concerns can also be communicated via email to [email protected] or submitted through the drop boxes located on the ground floor.

Faculty and staff members may express their grievances through designated committee members, HoDs, or the Principal. They are encouraged to use the online reporting channels or approach the committee directly. Any unresolved matters will be escalated to the management for further resolution. The institution’s Ombudsman is Mr E Munusamy, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering.
